Banana Cake

*Just had a cup of tea and slice of cake* 🍰☕️
Sometimes baking something at home, whether it's a simple or a complicated & delicate recipe, makes the food so much more special. I am planning to bake more often and try baking a variety of desserts and cakes-I've always wanted to bake some brownies (who doesn't like chocolate brownies?!) and cookies. I have baked triple chocolate cookies before and I loved them. Would you like me to post about the cookies if and when I bake them again? 🤔🍪

This time, because we had the ingredients, my mum wanted me to bake a banana cake. The recipe was very easy to follow and my mum and I were quite pleased with the turn-out. There's only a little chunk left now...
*This is when I had just taken the cake out of the oven 😋*

  7. Cookies sound great! I had posted several cookie recipes onto my blog. Only one cookie recipe had turned out alright. As for the other ones...because back when I had made them I wasn't so good at baking, both my cookies turned out to be hard rock circles! Therefore, by you baking cookies, it'll definitely give me a helping hand and a little advice for when I next bake cookies.

    1. Thank you! I hope that it will help you when you next bake cookies and don't give up!! The triple-chocolate cookies were one of the first recipes I tried and I'm sure you will be able to make them too! Recently, I gave the recipe to one of my friends and she was able to bake them too. The cookies now are approved by me and my friend! Keep an eye out for the post xxx

  13. Ugh God I just love banana bread. Especially with cinnamon. I suppose banana bread and banana cake are practically the same thing?
Baking is one of my favourite hobbies. I usually would make something small every week, like apple crumble or blueberry muffins but the once a month I like to make something new and challenging like a fancy cake!
Thanks for stopping by my blog!! ^_^
